HOW IT WORKS.
Your supporters make a donation to take part in the event. They will receive a certain amount of fun money that they can exchange for chips. At the end of the event they stand a chance of winning one of the prizes on offer.
For Example: Supporter donates R300 for 3000 worth of chips, if they lose all their chips they have the opportunity to donate another R300 for another 3000 worth of chips.
Therefore your budget should be: (as an example, you can ask for whatever donation you want)

Plus the additional chips the supporters donate
Less the cost of the event
Less the cost of the prizes
It is advantageous to have credit card facilities available for those supporters who have not brought along sufficient funds.
