VEHICLE RENTAL ENQUIRY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Number of Passengers:
These vehicles are only licensed to take the number of passengers as stated. We are not allowed to accommdate any more passengers no matter how thin they are.

Matric Balls:
There is a minimum booking of 2 consecutive hours or 90 minutes for Matric Balls. Vintage Limousines are only available on Saturdays forMatric Balls. One pick-up and one drop-off address only. It's advisable to book at least 2 months in advance.

Duration:
The duration time of the hire is from pick-up address to drop-off address. Please do not underestimate the duration required as we may not be able to accommodate you due to a next appointment.

Payment:
A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking date and time. The balance must be paid 4 days before the trip. There is a R100 bank cash deposit fee.

Cancellations:
Cancellations 30 days before the confirmed booking date are subject to a 20% administration fee. No refunds for cancellations 7 days or less before the booking date.

Damages and loss:
We require an R200.00 damage deposit over and above the quoted price. This must be paid to the chauffeur on arrival on the day of your booking. He will refund you after the trip if there are no damages. We are not responsible for any valuables left in the vehicle.

Out of town:
All rates are within 30 kms of Central Cape Town.

After Hours:
An after 12 midnight rate may apply.

VIEWING OF VEHICLES IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Gratuity/Tip of 10-15% to chauffeur not included and will be appreciated.
