TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Duration:
Please do not underestimate the duration required as time over the booked period will be charged at 1.5 times the normal hourly rate.
Payment:
A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking date and time. The balance must be paid 4 days before the trip.
Agents may deduct their commission when paying.
Cancellations:
Cancellations 30 days before the confirmed booking date are subject to a 25% administration fee. No refunds for cancellations 7 days or less before the booking date.
Damages and loss:
We require an R200.00 damage deposit over and above the quoted price. This must be paid to the chauffeur on arrival on the day of your booking. He will refund you after the trip if there are no damages. We are not responcible for any valuables left in the vehicle.
Out of town:
All rates are within 30 kms of Central Cape Town.
Gratuity/Tip of 10-15% to chauffeur not included and will
be appreciated.
