WEATHER: In the event of a boat cruise being cancelled by the Captain due to unsafe weather conditions:
(All Captains of all the boats on this website are SAMSA regulated.)
4.1. Boat Cruises may be postponed for another available date.
4.2. Full Refund. (Only if the Captain deems it unsafe to go out, will a refund be considered)
4.3. The function may still be held on board as a floating venue.
4.4. Meals are served either at sea, at anchor or at berth dependent on the Captainï¿½s final decision.
4.5. Bad or dangerous behaviour will result in the Captain returning to the mooring without the option of a refund. Right of Custom is Reserved.

CATERING: If a cruise is cancelled by the skipper due to bad weather:
5.1. The catering ordered can be delivered to a venue of your choice within the Cape Town environs,
5.2. The catering can be partaken on board as a floating venue.
5.3. If you are supplying your own catering you will need to bring everything you require yourself as plates, cutlery, cups, glasses etc. are only supplied by the caterers when ordering food from them. Plastic or paper cups and plates are recommended for safety.

CAPACITY: The maximum capacity as stated for these boats, means that they will be completely full and there will not be much space to move around.

DURATION: There is a 2 hour minimum at sunset or if you are having a meal. It is advisable not to cruise for more than 4 hours as most passengers get restless and want to return to terra firma.

SHARED CRUISES: There are very few shared cruises available during season (November to January) A minimum booking of 15 person is required, enquiries for less will be ignored.

BOOKINGS: To secure the boat booking date we will require a 50% deposit and the balance 4 days before the trip. (internationally 7 days)
Information: The busiest time of year is from mid November to the end of the year. Some people book a year in advance. Most start booking from the end of August. By mid October most boats are almost fully booked.

Please wear non-slip closed shoes. Take a jacket or pull-over. Sunblock during the day. Don't forget your camera.

Once we have received your enquiry we will get back to you with availabilty and payment details. To avoid disappointment please book as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of availability.

Sunset cruises generally leave approx. 30 to 45 minutes before sunset. Sunset Cape Town.
