Canapés on arrival:
Prawns in mini chive crumpets with saffron mayo.
Smoked salmon and cucumber on wooden forks with crème friache and lemon drizzle.
Caramelised mango and chilli chicken skewers on knotted bamboo skewers.
Mini crepe wraps filled with Asian beef strips, cucumber & spring onions.
Main Course:
Cubed chicken breasts in a honey & mustard sauce.
Prego steak strips in a green pepper corn sauce.
Served with Savoury rice.
Roast Mediterranean vegetable salad garnished with roasted garlic cloves.
